How the Juhaus Service Journal handles the project note you prepare and the enquiry you choose to send.
The project worksheet generates a note in your browser. Generating, previewing or copying it does not submit it to Juhaus. Choosing “Use this note in the enquiry” temporarily carries the note and destination in this browser tab. The handoff expires after ten minutes and is removed from temporary storage when the enquiry page reads it.
The separate “Send enquiry” action sends the details you reviewed to Juhaus through Formspree, using the same receiving form as the other Juhaus website. These include your name, email, project destination, sourcing preference, project stage and message, together with your agreement to enquiry processing.
The submission also identifies this edition of the website, the page path and any service or product category you came from. The page address attached to the submission omits its query string and fragment. Keep payment details, identity documents and private contracts out of the initial enquiry.
Formspree processes submissions as an external service under its own privacy information. A successful response means the receiving service accepted the submission; it does not confirm that a Juhaus team member has read or replied to it.
These links open the relevant communication service or your email application. Those providers handle information under their own terms and privacy settings. The WhatsApp link starts with a general project greeting; it does not attach your enquiry form or worksheet.
This website offers optional Google Analytics 4 measurement. Its code is loaded only after you choose “Allow analytics” in the notice. You can continue without analytics; the choice is stored in this browser. Analytics events include page views, WhatsApp link clicks and confirmed form acceptance, without enquiry contents or identity fields. Enquiry identity fields are not written to browser storage by the website. The temporary project-note handoff described above is separate from sending an enquiry.
The Send enquiry button uses the shared Juhaus receiving form. Google and Formspree may separately process technical request information according to their privacy terms. Formspree or your communication provider may separately process technical request information.
